Required Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in WA State
• Proficiency in timekeeping
• Experienced in case management software (we use PracticeMaster)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Outlook)
• Family Law or litigation experience

What You’ll Do:

• Advocate for clients and help them navigate the legal system
• Develop and refine firm procedures to streamline operations
• Drive teamwork and knowledge sharing through active engagement in Legal Team huddles. case meetings, and firm growth initiatives
